When I complained that the wrapping was poorly done, that's why it broke. The person was extremely rude to me, the seller got very ofended and took it very pernonal and cursing me. I have video of the broken plate before i open the box with the iden shaking the pieces inside. English is clearly not your first language by your spelling and grammar so it's possibly a mistranslation or something but not cursing.
