The post office was a bit rough with the box but her packaging withstood the abuse. Item (birch bark umbrella holder) is even lovelier in real life than her photos suggested. Seller did a great job on their part for shipping, the postal service unfortunately sucks so it took awhile BUT this was NOT due to the seller!
