The packaging was poor because it was just in a large letter box with some bubble wrap around it. It was described by fully funcualy there are dead pixels on the moniter, charger damaged. It's was well valued for the product that arrived.HP Pavillion 15 - i5 5200U - 6GB RAM - 128GB SSD - Fully Working - Free P&P (#365707542965)
