The label was placed on the bottom of the box, so it traveled upside down and arrived completely damaged with the repair parts closely approaching the purchase price. I contacted the seller who informed me they had been having problems with the new person in the shipping department. Seller issued a full refund, so I will be able to make the repairs to the unit. Good seller!

When the shipment arrived, I was extremely happy to find that they had done just that and to see the item intact, just as described. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to do things properly, even though it requires more time.
