I reached out again 3 days later and they finally replied. They said they shipped my card with 100's of other cards to get authenticated. I immediately replied, asking what day they ship out these cards. No reply, I reached out 4 more times over the next 2 weeks asking for updates and zero reply. I finall got my card yesterday almost 1 month later. Beware and they ahve the worst communication
