    Great working Snap-on tool. Item is as described, used in great condition. The box didn't make it, however the tool was well packed with bubble wrap providing protection. Box was ripped open on one end, the tubing part of the tool protruding out nearly fully exposing and possibly losing the item. Shipping was adequate in total delivery time. UPS should have been a bit more careful with packages. Overall, excellent seller, great communication and quick shipping... thank you!!!

    Item showed up well packaged and not going to lie I was a little worried as to if it would work properly but oh my lord this thing sounds incredible and also the seller was very punctual when it came to answering any questions I had overall very positive experience and will buy from this buyer again if I see anything I need or want definitely recommended

    Unit was advertised as working but it was not. The seller however stated that they were unaware of the issue and promptly offered a refund and a discount on any items they had for sale. I really couldn’t ask for more. I’d rate the seller a five star even though the item was a two star.
