It was just a foot peg, I needed the spring and pin to mount it to the bike, I got in contact with these fine people and they credited me for the item because it came to me not as described. Great customer service, but I really needed "all of the item" but that's how it goes sometimes. I would buy from again just because of the rapid attention and resolution from customer service.

The quality of the item was as described. This company took proper care of the packaging and the shipping was quick! My part arrived in the same condition shown in the photos. After a negotiation, I can accurately say the price of the item was valued reasonably for the brand and condition. I would do business with this company in the future with other projects. Thank you.

In terms of timeframes for delivery there were no adverse surprises, although USPS is not the absolute fastest, but it is inexpensive.
