My item was as described, it arrived on time, it was undamaged and communication was excellent. I asked the seller to wrap my item up in some bubble wrap and ship it in a box. I was told that they don't ship (dvds at least) in boxes. I then asked if they would add a couple pieces of cardboard (inside the envelope) which was done for me. The seller also placed a "Fragile" sticker on it. I really appreciated that. I would buy from this seller again.
