As soon as I received a message with a photo that the 4th tree was broken(she sent this to me at midnight on a Saturday night), I immediately gave her a full refund on the damaged tree minus shipping and discounts. After the fact, she wanted to return all three trees (including the broken one in pieces) to me and demanded a full refund for ALL four trees on top of what I had sent out. Sellers Beware! She is known to leave negative feedbacks without contact.

The price was good and a reasonable shipping cost. The seller did a good job with packaging so I don’t think there was any issues with the product. I haven’t yet sit down to watch it, hopefully it will play well.The seller did a great job getting it shipped out to me in a great time. I recommend the seller to anyone else and would use them again.
