He advised a new dvd to be sent out, but I asked for tracking again - which he refused to upload. After multiple tries at getting him to upload the tracking (which is free here!!!) he refused, so I waited past the arrival date for the dvd and then asked ebay to step in - the feedback on here is negative for a reason - don't buy from this guy.

I don't know why it took so long in posting but I got a dvd from USA 31/07, South Australia 28/07, Qld 28/07. Western Australia... oh! they haven't even posted yet! Great communication, great product just slow postage. thumbs up! :)

The original 4k bluray got lost in the post (after giving it ample time to arrive) and the seller, after checking with Auspost, promptly sent out a replacement, no arguments. The replacement arrived in 5 days. The item itself was as described and packed in a padded envelope. I would not have any problems purchasing from this seller again.

It took almost a month to arrive because of an issue with the postage service. However, the seller continuously helped communicate with the post service and fast-tracked the shipment. The seller's communication and punctuality was excellent. When the product did arrive, it was in absolutely perfect condition and was exactly as described on the website. It was a very good price for three very good films.
