As an electronics recycling facility things get moved around and turns up missing, and eBay needs to take more initiative to change this outdated policy of punishing the seller for losing a 2 year old listing. Sellers get less punishment from cancelling the order after buyer inquiry, which is obviously a negative impression for the buyer. The claim that we asked for positive feedback is misleading. Ebay reaches out to buyers automatically for a review
