Paid on the 3rd and didn't arrive until the 11th. Packaging was excessive for the item but it's here, it works. Seller is just a bit meh

We looked at a few options and I was able to return the item and get a full refund... and after a bit of a bump in the road where I could have communicated better everything was resolved amicably and to my satisfaction as a buyer. The item was damaged in transit, my first response was to offer a full refund for the return of the stereo. The buyer said he would then take it to some repair shops for quotes to repair in the coming days, I said that's no problem and to keep me updated, the buyer then didn't respond to my messages for two weeks. Then expected a response within 20 minutes of finally responding. The seller has always communicated well and been fair. The return was accepted and a refund was given. We rather if 2 items are purchased that we send them separately with their own tracking so if one gets lost they're not both lost. I didn't force the cancellation, the item was won for £50 less than RRP you could have paid the invoice produced by eBay rather than canceling, that was totally your choice. I was actually quite surprised you cancelled the order. The item is relisted should you wish to bid.
