I think seller should consider adding postage costs so items are probably tracked to avoid these issues but due to great and helpful customer service I would recommend seller.

Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem.
