A pretty common scam, that most people in the Warhammer hobby are familiar with. Would avoid. Classic scammer/scalper behaviour. After contacting them, they did not operate in good faith and suggested the mistake was my own or happened during shipping. The seller was not responsive during discussions via chat. If the sprues were replaced during shipping, they made no effort to rectify the issue or help. Multiple photos were provided proving we shipped the exact items ordered. Out of production 40k kits that are selling above retail price now. Guarantee I’ll see them relisted this weekend in your country. You sent us photos of non-warhammer plastic sprues with all the parts clipped off. Claimed we sent those instead. Some of them have paint sprayed on them. We don’t stock any other brands of model kits & everything we sell is new. There’s no possible way we shipped you those garbage sprues

Its a pre-packaged item, so not much to say, other than the box was in perfect condition and the contents were exactly as they should be (and as described). When I ordered, the specific product was not in production, so the price was quite reasonable. If this was a more delicate item with important fine detail, that may have presented more of a problem. Additionally arrived with some crumpling of the cardboard sheet containing tokens, but the tokens themselves were not damaged.
