But the charger that it came with is not the 140 watt one that comes factory with the 16 inch model. I’ve tried multiple times to contact the seller and no answer back from them. That is why I’m ultimately leaving a negative review. Had they just gotten back with me, things may have gone differently.

Also, the battery health is only at 82%, which is lower than expected. Please advise on how we can resolve this — return, replacement, or partial refund. Photo attached for reference. Thanks,

If bought from apple, I’d pay almost $700 more! listing warned of possible scratches, but sold as an “excellent” refurb. However, there were no defects at all. But for generic packaging, I would have mistaken it as new or an an open-box device. very happy with purchase as it wasliterslly the cheapest one i found online. IM SAVING THIS SELLER, for sure!
