The seller communicated extremely quickly that they had spent hours looking for it, but were unable to find as they are transitioning between warehouses. They let me know this the day after I ordered it, and early in the day! They offered to refund the amount, which they promptly did. All in all, they are still on my favorite sellers list just due to the customer service and communication provided!
