The original 4k bluray got lost in the post (after giving it ample time to arrive) and the seller, after checking with Auspost, promptly sent out a replacement, no arguments. The replacement arrived in 5 days. The item itself was as described and packed in a padded envelope. I would not have any problems purchasing from this seller again.

The movie was well packaged in a padded envelope and the case and disc were in new condition just as the seller originally described. Overall this has been a great value ebay buying experience with a seller that I would have no hesitation in using again.

I don't know why it took so long in posting but I got a dvd from USA 31/07, South Australia 28/07, Qld 28/07. Western Australia... oh! they haven't even posted yet!
