This is not actually the Belmont Stakes of 1959, but the original labeling on the back of the photo would mislead most people. This is not the fault of the seller. I identify this as actually the Metropolitan handicap 1959. I am happy to have the photograph as I’ve been a lifelong fan of the racehorse Sword Dancer, and this was one of his most impressive wins. With confidence I would buy from the seller again.

They are exactly as described; I love seeing proofs in person especially because the quality of the photos is so nice. Can't wait to scan them! Shipping is a bit pricey BUT they were shipped next day and packaged very securely. I do wish the proofs hadn't had sticky notes on them, just in case it would've left residue, you never know with photos, but they were fine. Not a big deal at all. Overall would recommend this seller & will buy again! THANK YOU!
