Upon informing the seller they quickly ran though potential fixes before deciding to send me a replacement disc at their cost. Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem. The seller acknowledged the error immediately and dispatched the correct item which arrived promptly and as advised. The communication was first class and I would definitely use them in the future. Excellent customer service.
