Each glass was wrapped in bubble wrap, cushioned in a ton of packing peanuts, then put in a box, inside another box, inside ANOTHER big box with more packing peanuts. Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken in shipping. The seller immediately refunded me more than double the price of one glass so that I can find a replacement and complete the set of twelve. I definitely would recommend this seller.

I will continue the refurbishing process on it as the burner area appears just like it did in the picture as described. The shipping was super fast and economical. This is a great value and once again this seller is the best at packaging. There was no way anything was gonna get broken unless the truck ran over it. Awesome job. Will buy from them again.

Everything was very well packaged and shipped in a large box with the items nestled safely in the middle. Extra packing material was placed arround the items. The box was also clearly marked fragile. The items also shipped extremely quickly.
