However I’m still giving 5 stars because of the amazing customer service! I reached out about the concern and he replied in less than a minute, when I explained the situation he immediately offered a full refund, and an apology. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat, I really appreciated the professionalism and prompt communication!

Item was intact overall, was as described in the posting. The seller did well with providing the item, but I blame the shipping and packaging conditions mainly on the service that shipped it, not the seller. Thanks to the seller for having it available.
