I bought a "Brand New" book, but it arrived with a gash in the back cover, and scotch tape on the damage, making it unusable as a gift. The seller blamed USPS, but that's impossible - USPS didn't tape and repackage the book. The seller denied responsibility, claiming they "don't even have scotch tape." They refused a return and told me to deal with USPS instead. Clearly, they tried to pass off a damaged book as new. He was still harassing us through messages and EBay has since told us to block and report him in which our company have done.
