While the envelope had a tear on it deep enough to see the game case, that is on the USPS and not the seller. This didn't result in any damage to the game case or the disk. I appreciate the message from the seller updating me on anticipated shipping date from purchase and the addition of some bubble wrap inside the case to keep the disk where it should be was a great idea that helped.
