The box didn't make it, however the tool was well packed with bubble wrap providing protection. Box was ripped open on one end, the tubing part of the tool protruding out nearly fully exposing and possibly losing the item. Shipping was adequate in total delivery time. UPS should have been a bit more careful with packages. Overall, excellent seller, great communication and quick shipping... thank you!!!
