The seller did everything possible, including disassembly of the clock and wrapping individual clock components, to make sure nothing was hurt during shipping. I was able to service the clock and then reassemble. The clock runs great as described. At first I thought the shipping was expensive, but the clock is very heavy. Great seller, to take the time to make sure everything went smooth. Shipping time was also fast. Hopefully it holds it's value! Thanks.
