There was great communication throughout the purchasing process as well, and I would highly recommend this seller to anyone. They even included a thank you letter

The saxophone I purchased is gorgeous and better than as described. It was well packed, and I could not believe how quickly it arrived to me in the US from Japan. I ordered it on Saturday night and it arrived early afternoon on Tuesday! It was so very easy to pay the tariff, which I was worried about. I will shop with Lext Music Tokyo again when looking for an instrument!

However, the entire experience was very positive (except the waiting 1 week in customs). Seller was amazing! The product was exactly as promised. It was packaged, shipped and arrived with no issues. Saxophone looks absolutely new. Sounds absolutely great. Great value to buy a barely used musical instrument over new. Thank you!
