This is another user-friendly book by a well-known San Francisco teacher, chef and restaurateur (Square One) Joyce Goldstein, that meets a very specific need: These are recipes for the single guy or gal who doesn't want to make do with corn flakes or cottage cheese for dinner. It arrived inside a bubble pack mailer from the US Postal Service and then another plastic envelope. It had a dent in the bottom of the cover, which it did not have in the listing picture, so that occurred in transit. It should have been packed in a box to prevent such damage. However, the seller promptly gave me the partial refund I asked for & was courteous. Would buy from seller again, but specify the packing I want ahead of shipping.
