Seller asked for a good review prior to me receiving the item. A good review is earned from service/quality, not because good feedback was left for me. We offer 2 day shipment to those who purchase a membership. An independent repair shop fixed the actual problem, which had nothing to do with the battery or charger. While the seller refunded the item cost after I provided the repair receipt, they did not reimburse my original shipping costs and only covered half of the return shipping. Client wasted time. We lost 50% on shipping.
