While packing to ship, the seller noticed there was a chip. They contacted me with photos of the chip & offered me a refund or discount if I chose to move forward with the sale. What I received exceeded my wildest expectations. All 3 items were STUNNING, like new and beautifully packaged. I had several interactions with the vendor dealing with my convoluted requests regarding shipping and checkout. These folks are the real deal - friendly, courteous and professional. The $100 packaging and shipping cost was worth it and the shipping was quick. This fragile figurine was inside its original box inside a big shipping box and well wrapped and protected. This piece replaced one we had for more than 32 years but it was dropped and broken recently. We're very happy to find a rare replacement on e-bay. Excellent Seller.
