I ordered the 16mg option and it zips thru all my tasks and screens. The bluetoothWiFi combo dongle plugs right in and works immediately. The SFF case was in mint condition and there were no surprises. I AM 83 YRS OLD and just use this for email and shopping. the purchase of this unit was to upgrade to windows 11 and the data transfer from my old pc was so simple from the windows cloud.

Appearance wise, the computer looks to be of good quality, and excellent condition. Couldn't beat the value for all of the features that I had installed. Great communication with seller, answered all of my questions before buying. Great job! A+

Once I discovered the cause I tied the wire harness to safe point and had no further troubles. It became so quiet that I was totally surprised from it. So the results are that it’s really a great computer to own and use. Very satisfied with this sale and receiving the unit early at my request.

It arrived with the wrong AC power adapter and I was a little upset that I had to further wait for an adapter but seller really went above and beyond and really made it right!! Highly recommended seller. For an eBay store who sells so many items they still help the customer and actually message back unlike other mass item sellers. Thank You Again!!!!!

I did receive a very close model, with almost no differences. The condition was as listed (open box unused) it was packaged in a original Un damaged packaging. Shipping was on time. And even though the model was a slight step down, I still got a great deal and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would consider ordering again from this seller with assurances I was actually getting what I ordered.
