It appears as if someone rubbed sticky dirt in all of the front vents on one of them and got it in the top vents as well. One computer had the CPU blower loose. I need to take these apart and clean everything on one of these computers. I would not have considered this refurbished at all from a physical condition.

It arrived with the wrong AC power adapter and I was a little upset that I had to further wait for an adapter but seller really went above and beyond and really made it right!! Highly recommended seller. For an eBay store who sells so many items they still help the customer and actually message back unlike other mass item sellers. Thank You Again!!!!!

I did receive a very close model, with almost no differences. The condition was as listed (open box unused) it was packaged in a original Un damaged packaging. Shipping was on time. And even though the model was a slight step down, I still got a great deal and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would consider ordering again from this seller with assurances I was actually getting what I ordered.
