I still believe that, but now I am saying, ' Do good, have fun and the money will come .'", In his latest, prolific self-promoter Branson (Screw It, Let's Do It Expanded: Lessons in Life and Business), the multi-billionaire Chairman of The Virgin Group, presents an overview of the complex and, from this account, tightly structured relationship between business and philanthropy in his empire. His combined business and philanthropic philosophy is showcased by the slogan, "doing good is good for business" and in his "philanthrocapitalism" approach that inspired his project Capitalism 24902. His goal is to train entrepreneurs in underdeveloped countries by sponsoring small business efforts, with the proviso that they pay back the loans they receive from the profits of their ventures. The Ulusaba game reserve, one of his projects, is financed by a tourist hotel, which he describes as "part of our extended Virgin family." With profits from the hotel, Ulusaba can run clinics for HIV/AIDS and help "establish market gardens and incubate small businesses" in the community. Branson provides anecdotes about other successful start-ups: a South African artist who worked with beads, a seamstress in need of a sewing machine, and the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship in South Africa.
