The seller was very nice and responded very fast when I asked how I should fix it. They offered me compensation for the damages and answered all the questions I had. Will be buying more at some point.

The seller is so so nice, he always reply me in around 12 hours after I send him a message. When the Violet Evergarden costume first came there isn't the dress, I told him and within 10 days the dress already arrived!!! The shipping is very fast too, it's around 20 days!
