I’m not sure what to tell you." Well you could tell the truth and show a little humility for the mistake. The truth was told and in the listing… it’s available for everyone to see. I did not return the item because it would have been more of a hassle and I had an upcoming trip so I didnt have time to order another suitcase. The accessories were a part of the sellers item description so I didnt just make up that they were included.
