I like many others assumed the picture would represent the item. I sent a clear picture of the difference in what they showed and what was sent. They said the grey pic was red and don't know what to tell me. Then after a lot of back n forth of them not acknowledging any difference in the pics then offered I would need to pay for their shipping and mine and they would return. We were offering a refund (we do not normally accept returns) and explained that if you wanted a refund you would have to cover shipping as we did nothing wrong in this transaction. We were not dishonest as the item shows a red shirt and describes a red shirt.
