We did factory reset outside the OS, then tested to find phone was carrier unlocked as described. Minor inconvenience with PIN snafu and the seller being so honest was a huge plus in our opinion. The books will then either be kept by the bride and groom for their personal library or they will be donated if they have duplicates. Not the seller’s fault that the box arrived several days late. USPS didn’t to their job. The box sat at in one of their distribution centers for several days.
