But the tracking indicated that a shipping label was issued but the item was not shipped. After a few weeks in which that status never changed, a message was sent to them inquiring where the item was. To be fair, an immediate reply came apologizing for the lack of shipment, and a refund was issued right away. To summarize, the shipping process was terrible, but the refund resolution was satisfactory.
