However, my figure came with a right bicep attached to the left side. Can’t even pose correctly and the figure had loose joints. The seller is ok but the figure is garbage. No more NECA for me. Very disappointed in the product.

The first delivery service (SpeedX) lost the package after it got to the states. After a month of no tracking updates I reached out o the seller and they were quick to reship the items. Second delivery service updated their tracking frequently and I received the package today after only a couple of weeks. Great packaging on the figures, each is as described. However, my only caveat was that it was packed too tightly in a box just barely big enough and this caused some damage to the box. This doesn't bother me much, but to someone collecting for condition of the item, it can be important. Everything was as described and there doesn't seem to be any missing or swapped parts. All in all, would purchase from this seller again. Very reliable.
