Contact seller and he/she states "You have the photos….You saw the listing it says with defects" He/she mentioned ONE defect, no others. Also says "They (accessories) didn’t come with it. I’m not sure what to tell you." Well you could tell the truth and show a little humility for the mistake. The truth was told and in the listing… it’s available for everyone to see. But NONE of the other scuff marks (there were multiple) were listed nor could you see them in listing photos. I did not return the item because it would have been more of a hassle and I had an upcoming trip so I didnt have time to order another suitcase. The accessories were a part of the sellers item description so I didnt just make up that they were included.
