Remotes stopped working, and eventually the door wouldn't raise any longer (just click, nudge, and stop). With this kit soldered the capacitors and transistors on the circuit board per the instructions. Success - The garage door works as it should as do the remotes. A new circuit board was $160. This solved the problem for $26 and a little time. Would definitely recommend.

Garage door company told me the only option was to put in a new garage door opener for around $900. $35 for this and $20 for a soldering iron kit and it works like new. Thank you for a great product and for saving me $100’s.

Using an ESD wrist strap, I unsoldered the 3 components & soldered the new ones on. I put it back in. Tested it and it only worked half a cycle. I checked everything multiple times. Still wouldn't work. Not even the light. I checked the internet for a reset button to no avail. (The purple one is for "reprogramming".) Just before I gave up, I decided to press the purple button. Couldn't hurt. It worked!

I purchased rebuilt logic/printed circuit board from him because I couldn’t be without mine while it was being repaired. The replacement one worked perfectly! Once I had mine removed, I sent it to him to repair. Both transactions were smooth, and the repair process and turn around time was incredibly fast! Careful packaging and great communication too! I simply couldn’t be more pleased!

I contacted the service, followed their instructions and shipped across country on a Tuesday received back a week later. Perfect!
