When I received it like an entire 9 days later the lettering on the wires were barley visible, the wires colors didn't even match the ones I was connecting to, there was a handful of color=description on the packaging but literally just the obvious ones like power, ground ill. When I messaged him asking for any help. CRICKETS! No instructions in box. Terrible experience. Seller is trash! Put him on the curb!

The seller responded promptly, apologized and included a tracking number for a replacement item. Definitely was not a issue the seller could have caught and would purchase from again if they are selling an item I am looking for. The item was a good price and was new like the description described and packaged well. Thanks for the quick response and solution. One thing I noticed is that this particular split Loom is made a lot better than some I have bought in the past from other vendors in the fact that you can work with it easily and it appears it will take more high temperature abuse.
