I’m guessing this excellent seller chooses to sell customer returns as used rather then new. The ramp is very sturdy and, even the seller’s “new” price is great. The carpeted ramp is the ideal non-slip surface. The unfinished wood looks great. Our solid, senior, pittie would not use steps to get in our bed. Last night, she went up the ramp, with minimal coaxing and treats. This morning she went down the ramp on her own!

You can tell this was made for satisfaction in mind. Wide platform. Sturdy. My boxer is an 87lb big girl. Various adjustable heights which was a relief incase I need it for other areas. Non slip carpet for easy steps. Folds up nicely with a leather handle for carrying. Even surprisingly came with a hair roller for cleanup. Works great. Happy customer.

Looks like a well made dog ramp that is easy to set up and store. Delivery was timely.

But everything was good! Item was listed as used but it was actually new just a slightly damaged box. The machine was perfect and came with all pieces. They also shipped ASAP.
