I’m guessing this excellent seller chooses to sell customer returns as used rather then new. The ramp is very sturdy and, even the seller’s “new” price is great. The carpeted ramp is the ideal non-slip surface. The unfinished wood looks great. Our solid, senior, pittie would not use steps to get in our bed. Last night, she went up the ramp, with minimal coaxing and treats. This morning she went down the ramp on her own!

Will be easier for her to get on the bed. Ramp is carpeted and she doesn't slip when stepping on it. Looking forward to the lightbulb coming on!

The only damaged seems to b a manufacturer issue where the wood split from drilling a screw in to tight. Or maybe it was dropped on that corner. it’s not a problem , just an observation. seller is FAST with shipping. I had the item in less than 48 hours.
