Quality fair for the price: materials good (not great), manufacturing/assembly fair. Foam grips started to tare within a few days of use. Be aware this type of product (expansion screw) can put excessive force on the walls/door way you will be installing it in between; so, use the cups that come with the bar, mount them directly into studs (provided screws too short), and only expand the pull-up bar enough to press it firm to the wall/cups
