They kindly sent me a replacement, having assured me that it was tested before packing. However, the replacement was also faulty. They have refused to refund me, and have implied that I am lying. Buyer flatly refused to return but still demanded money back! You couldn't do this in an ordinary shop - if something is faulty you still have to return it. At no point did I say they were lying or I didn't believe them, I just told them I needed it back to return to our supplier as there was clearly a fault that needs investigating.Musical Bagpipe Keyring (#364609134033)
