Prefer this over the traditional intercooler guards because you’re not limited if you upgrade tmic down the road. Piece is much more aesthetically pleasing than if you tried to diy (I’ve seen some people try chicken wire, sort of a time consuming art project). Zip ties aren’t noticeable either unless you get up close. Part shipped quickly too. Get this over the plastic clip-on (I think noble makes but it’s out of stock) if you want function>form (works well, looks good too).

The only change I would make is to use small diameter screws, bend into a j hook and hook into the little pillars in the scoop and use nylock nuts through the grille. I'm not thrilled with ty wraps.
