Products as described and well packed. That additional support makes Ezy Pzy DVDs much better value for money. Took along time to arrive, almost a month from NSW's to Tas. Tomorrow it would have been, cause it was purchased on the 11th last month. Aust. Post is really exceeding it's self in poor delivery service. Good seller A++
