For some reason occasionally the Philadelphia Area Distribution Center will bounce a package around for several days internally before sending it to my local P.O. and that's what happened here. Not the seller's fault and I recommend this seller.

Note, a shipping fee for the return was subtracted from my refund amount, though the return label said it would ship without charge at USPS, so I assume that was the seller's way of covering their cost. I have no issue with that.
