In fact, it will still hold a charge for about two weeks when used approximately 15 minutes a day. If you want thumping base, you’re not going to get it here, but if you want very clear sound that can be played loudly without any distortion. This is it. I use it to listen to the news while I am getting ready for work, showering, etc., so I can be sure to hear the traffic conditions before I go out the door.
