They arrived defective as well as both damaged and worn, with scuffs and visible wear markings on the soles. I requested a refund, and return shipping label. Instead of being apologetic, the seller went on the defensive, became argumentative for over an hour plus, countless unhinged messages insisting her time and money were somehow more valuable than mine. I would not recommend this seller, as items advertised as "new" maybe misrepresented.
